Kundalini Yoga-

Lesson # 1.--there are muscles in your body that you have forgotten about. These are the most important. We will teach you excersizes that will give these muscles self-awareness.

Lesson # 2.--You will grow accostomed to, and even learn to like, these excersizes. They are good for your Eternal Spirit.

I had a lot of fun. I laughed more then I have with a bunch of strangers since Wicca 101.
