Marie has passed, and she's in His hands. Marie died last night. She was not in pain for the last little while, and apparently she died peacefully. The only prayer I ask for now is that the people she knew, that knew her and were there to take care of her, as well as her family, will be able to get along and remember that they should honor her requests in this. She was a good lady, and she wanted very little, but people are already fighting about what she left. Her sister thinks that the Pastor wants her stuff, and they all think to blame Jean (my mil) for her death. Like she could force her to go to the hospital? The pastor had to do that as it was, with his power-of-attorney for her. It breaks my heart. People go crazy when someone dies. They blame everyone, they point fingers, they shout and scream. And to no end. Well, at the least (and this is nothing small!) she has gone Home. She's sitting right now with Jesus, and she's gaining an understanding that she could never have had here on earth. Praise Him for His provision, and for the knowledge that some day I'll be there with Him as well. And that the first thing I'll be able to say after singing His praises, or sobbing my gratitude, will be "OH!". Love in Christ! Joy
